- Range of sizes and high-speed versions - The Slammer 4 comes in a range of sizes from 2500 to 10500. Choose a higher-speed version for faster recovery rates. We created the 2500 size to be the perfect reel for saltwater lure fishing for bass and wrasse. The 3500-5500 sizes are excellent choices for kayak fishing and the 6500-10500 sizes are great for overseas trips and larger UK fish species such as shark, tip, skate and even bluefin tuna.
