To place an order, simply add the items you would like to purchase to
your cart and then proceed to the checkout. Here you will be prompted to
enter your shipping and billing information, and can choose your
preferred shipping and payment methods. Once you have reviewed and
made the payment you will receive an email and SMS with the order confirmation and another email/SMS when the order is dispatched.

Sometimes the emails may be going to to SPAM/PROMOTIONS/UPDATES folder.

If an item is out of stock, you will see a message indicating that the
item is unavailable. You can choose to be notified when the item becomes
available again or select a similar item.

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your
order details and providing you with a reference number. If you do not
receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us to
confirm the status of your order.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as
possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please
note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or

It depends on where you are located and the mode of shipment.

Prepaid Order
Orders once processed/shipped will take 3-5 business days to arrive for address in South India, 3-8 days for address in North India and 5-15 days fir address in North East.

Estimated delivery details will be provided in your shipping email.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery (COD) orders will take 2-3 days additional from the prepaid orders

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

For prepaid order we either use India Post, DTDC or Delivery depending on which courier partner has faster and better service based on our data.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) we use Delhivery.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change the
shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an
address change.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in
perfect condition. However, If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery,please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Also, please call our customer care number or email us mentioning your Order ID with 24hrs.

A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made to your address after which
the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier
company. If the customer requests re-delivery of the returned order,
then the additional shipment charges have to be borne by the customer.
