Shipping & Delivery Policy

We at Cabral Outdoors are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the earliest time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your pin code, we will ship your items via Government Registered Parcel or Speedpost. Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Cabral Outdoors is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Cabral Outdoors is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Cabral Outdoors is proud to use Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Cabral Outdoors may change the shipping/delivery charges without any prior notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. 

The shipping charges are based on the weight of the products. For multiple products ordered the website adds up the weight of all the individual products and charges a single shipping fee which is based on the total weight of the items in your cart and the predefined weight slabs.

Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single shipping fee for this consignment weighing 850gms.

The weight of the product has been built in into the website. Weight slabs are defined in the system based on which the shipping charges are calculated for a single product / multiple products.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days or as per the delivery date specified at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

For pincode where our logistic partner doesn't have service orders will be dispatched through India Post.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at  or email us at mentioning your Order ID.

What if i am not available at the shipping address during the time of delivery ?

A total of 3 Delivery attempts will be made to your address after which the package will be sent back to our registered office by the courier company. If the customer request re-delivery of the returned order then the additional shipment charges have to be borne by the customer which will be duly intimated via email.

Return and Cancellation Policy.

  1. Exchange of any product is not allowed unless it is physically damaged during delivery or wrong product received or Original equipment manufacture defects.
  2. Customer should notify us by email at support@cabraloutdoors.com within 24 hours after the delivery with the order number and the photos of the product for reference.
  3. Cabral Outdoors will not accept any request after 24 hours after delivery.
  4. Cabral Outdoors will arrange courier if you have received incorrect product compared to the ordered product and replace it.
  5.  In case of non availability of replacement product, coupon code of the product value will be sent to the customer once the item is returned and approved.
  6. Exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchase the product.
  7. All the return items must be packed in the same box or package in a good condition with all the instruction manuals and warranty (if any).
  8. Customer must request for return by using the same email address registered in our website.

Cancellation Policy.

  1. Cabral Outdoors will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery.
