Pro Staff
Cabral Outdoors Pro Staff Program is looking for a limited number of anglers to represent Cabral Outdoors partner brands. If you are a tournament angler, fishing guide, or industry or community influencer that is interested in partnering with Cabral Outdoors, please fill out the form below so we can learn more about you and your qualifications for the Cabral Outdoors Pro Staff Program.
What We Expect from Pro Staff:
- Use some of Cabral Outdoors partner brand’s products and have the basic knowledge about fishing
- Active participation in fishing community or in tournament fishing
- Valuable social posts or blogs, industry affiliation, etc.
- Maintain a positive, respectable appearance
- Motivation to be part of the Team Cabral Outdoors and would enjoy growing with us
Pro Staff Work:
- At least 4 different posts about fishing (including at least 2 posts about Cabral Outdoors partner brand products) per month on social media, the more the better! Posts should be in your personal timeline and any other fishing whatsapp/facebook groups with hashtag #CabralOutdoors and tag @CabralOutdoors page and make it public
- Share your using experience with a Cabral Outdoors partner brand product attached with photos or a video.
- Represent Cabral Outdoors when attending tournaments. Cabral Outdoors logo needs to be on your apparel. We will also provide you some fishing apparel as a Pro Staff benefit
- Provide suggestions on Cabral Outdoors products improvement
Pro-Staff Benefits:
- 5%-10% (on partner brands only) off discount for all products on our website.
- Free trial of some Cabral Outdoors’s partner brands new products
- Free Cabral Outdoors partner brand pack, including T-shirts, hats, stickers, etc. (when available)
- Can apply for products or financial sponsorship when representing Cabral Outdoors in tournaments (at least 30 entries required in the competition) (max two sponsorship/yea). Monetary details will be shared via email.
- Can apply for sponsorship including product giveaways or discounts for the Facebook groups or fishing community activities that you are managing or part of.
- Get a percentage of a new Cabral Outdoors partner brand product sales if attending to develop the product or when maxing a video to promote the products.
